This Privacy Policy explains how Yuma Private Industry Council, Inc. ("YPIC," "we," "us") collects and uses information for members of the Integrated Services Delivery System (ISDS) and related ARIZONA@WORK / Yuma County workforce services, including our text message (SMS) program.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account or use our services, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and service-related activity.

3. Text Message (SMS) Program

With your consent, we send SMS text messages for: account notifications, appointment reminders, and surveys. You opt in through your member Portal by turning on “Text message (SMS) notifications.” SMS notifications are off by default.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

4. Mobile Information & Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide workforce services, communicate with you about your account and appointments, request feedback through surveys, and comply with program requirements.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect.

7. Opting Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by turning off “Text message (SMS) notifications” in your member account (Account Services → Manage Notifications) or in your member Portal.
