ARIZONA@WORK is Arizona's official statewide workforce-development network. ARIZONA@WORK / Yuma County is the local workforce-services office serving Yuma County, operated by Yuma Private Industry Council (YPIC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Text messaging is optional and is never required to receive services. Participants choose to receive texts themselves, inside their own password-protected ISDS member account. This page shows exactly what that opt-in looks like, for verification purposes.

What the member sees and agrees to

The box is unchecked by default (SMS OFF). The member's mobile number is already on file from account registration and is shown on the screen. When the member checks the box and saves, the consent and a timestamp are recorded in our database. The member can opt out anytime from the same screen or by replying STOP.

Where members opt in

Inside their secure member account, on the Manage Notifications screen, reached two ways:

• ISDS App (installable member app) → Notifications
• ISDS website → Account Services → Manage Notifications

What we text

• Account & password-reset confirmations
• Document-received confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Post-visit / registration surveys

Low volume and low frequency. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not text purchased or third-party lists.
