1. Program Description

When you opt in to the ARIZONA@WORK / Yuma County text messaging program, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to your membership, including account notifications, password-reset confirmations, appointment reminders, and surveys.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by enabling “Text message (SMS) notifications” in your member account (Account Services → Manage Notifications) or in the ISDS App (Notifications). SMS notifications are off by default; you must actively turn them on. A valid mobile number must be on file. This consent is specific to this SMS program only and is not bundled with, or a condition of, any other agreement or service. Consent is never required to receive services. 3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and appointments.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. YPIC does not charge for these messages.

5. Opting Out & Help

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off “Text message (SMS) notifications” in your member account or Portal. For help, reply HELP or contact us at MemberServices@ypic.com.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and we do not sell, rent, buy, or exchange mobile phone numbers or opt-in information.
